Description The Territory Sales Manager (TM) will represent Misonix by promoting THERASKIN and SONICONE in a variety of clinical settings including hospital operating rooms, wound care centers, and physician offices. The TM will be responsible for all aspects of selling THERASKIN and SONICONE. These include understanding the healthcare industry, attaining a high level of clinical competence, working diligently to execute a well-thought-out business plan, utilizing the sales process, and selling according to company strategy. TM's will perform sales activities for an assigned geographic area or product/ service line to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives and successfully develop plans and strategies to promote the success of the territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must meet or exceed 100% of territory sales goal Establish territory business planning by identifying achievable (5x5) target customer plan that will drive sales growth Positive attitude towards making an impact on our company, our people & our customers Develop an account strategy by aligning all key decisions makers to accelerate closing target accounts Prioritize time and resources to target customers in order to achieve each quarter's forecast Lead target customers through the sales process to expedite closing Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent the company in a professional manner Manage territory business and communications in an ethical, timely, and efficient manner through compliance and territory administration Work Environment This job will spend time in the doctor's offices, wound care centers, and operating rooms. This results in the use of sales equipment and communicating with others regularly. Physical Demands Must be able to transport equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. May have prolonged periods of standing. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, salaried position. Some evenings & weekends may be required Travel Travel is expected for this position Required Education o An undergraduate bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required. o Minimum of three years experience preferred Job Requirements A successful track record of sales in B2B, Medical Device, or Wound Care. A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience. A valid driver's license in one of the 50 United States is required. Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquette Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability Strong sense of decision making, sound judgment, and critical thinking Motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced, team environment Important Skills & Attributes We are looking for likable people:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, Pharmaceutical/Medical SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
